5. Bookings & Deposits

All bookings are confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit of the total service price. The deposit is payable by TWINT or credit/debit card (Visa / Mastercard) via the online form.

The booking is definitively confirmed upon receipt of payment. The remaining balance (70%) is collected directly by the technician upon vehicle delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are non-refundable; the deposit is retained by Clean Cars Wash as a booking indemnity.

Cancellations notified more than 24 hours in advance allow the full deposit to be carried over to a future booking.

Any client delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice may result in cancellation of the service; the deposit is retained in this case.

7. Liability & Valuables

The client must remove all valuables, personal documents, and accessories from the vehicle before handover to Clean Cars Wash.

Clean Cars Wash accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of undeclared items left inside the cabin or boot of the vehicle.

Any quality complaint must be submitted within 48 hours of vehicle delivery by email to info@clean-cars-wash.ch.

8. Surcharges

A surcharge may be applied in cases of extreme dirt not disclosed at booking: significant pet hair, heavy mud, organic contamination, etc.

The surcharge is assessed and communicated to the client before work begins. The indicative rate is CHF 69.-/hour. If the client refuses, the service is cancelled and the deposit is retained.

Pet hair removal is a separate add-on service charged at CHF 39.90.
