What do I need to prepare for a home service?

Three things to have ready before our arrival: a private parking space (required), an accessible 230V power outlet (required), and ideally a water point (recommended). If no parking or outlet is available on our arrival, the full service fee remains due and will be invoiced.

How does home pick-up work?

We pick up your vehicle from your home or office in Geneva and Vaud, perform the detailing service, and bring it back to you with no travel fees.

What are the prices for a premium car wash?

Our packages start at 96.20 CHF incl. VAT for the essentials (Silver Pack) and go up to 312.40 CHF incl. VAT for a full restoration (Diamond Pack).

How long should I wait after a seat shampoo?

Allow a minimum of 4 to 6 hours of drying time before heavy use. In summer, drying is usually faster. We recommend leaving the windows slightly open to help ventilation.

What payment methods do you accept?

A 30% deposit is required online at the time of booking via our secure SumUp link (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The balance is settled at the end of the service.

Do you operate in bad weather?

Yes, we operate in all weather conditions thanks to our professional equipment. In case of extreme conditions (storm, snow), we contact the client to adapt the protocol or agree on a free reschedule.
